CD's and Merchandise

Generally, you have the right to cancel your order within (14) fourteen days of purchase, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you choose to cancel your order, and have received your CD or Merchandise, email us to confirm the cancellation and please return the goods in an unopened condition. If you choose to cancel your order, full payment will be returned to you upon receipt of items.

Am I buying a CD or a CDR?

We use both types because we believe
“The quality of the CD and Music CD media are the same. However, CD-R music discs are encoded with information that the CD recorder uses to identify the disc as the appropriate music media. This information is used for the creation of the file allocation table (FAT), which is where information is stored regarding the physical location of every file on the disc. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the event that any products supplied to you by us are damaged or defective, we agree to replace or repair the damaged or defective products or refund your order (including postage and packaging) providing you notify us either via post or e-mail: hello@thedocumentrecordsstore.com. We may ask you to return the goods within 28 days of purchase. Physical goods should be sent back to us in the same condition you received them to Returns.

Deliveries and Postage – CDs

You can choose different postage options and check prices using the postage calculator in your shopping bag. Occasionally we offer free postage on certain items and that will be clearly displayed on the product page. In the UK we use Royal Mail. For good sent abroad we use standard Air Mail, unless you have instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

Expected Average Delivery Time

USA – Orders should be with you within two weeks of dispatch.

UK – Orders should be with you within two to five days of dispatch.

Europe – Orders should be with you within seven to ten days of dispatch.

Row – Orders should be with you within two weeks of dispatch.
